Patricia Henson

Patricia is COO of SOBC DARAG and has over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining the SOBC team in 2016, she was a Director of Northwestern National Insurance Company of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Compass Insurance Company (purchased by SOBC DARAG). She is responsible for the management of on-going business operations in the US including the integration of acquisitions and overseeing the finality of historical legacy insurance.

Aillsa Boykin

Aillsa is a Claims Manager and has been with SOBC DARAG since 2017.  She has 19 years of experience in the insurance industry,  primarily focusing on the commercial lines of business.  Her areas of expertise include claim system implementation, due diligence, environmental claims, PIP claims and general liability claims.  She has her AIS, INS and AIC designations.

Holly Sheehy

Holly is the Accounting Manager and has been with SOBC DARAG since 2019.  She has nearly 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, primarily focusing on health insurance.  Her technical areas of expertise include audit, workflow process creation, internal controls, and general ledger accounting/ reporting.  She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the United States.

Daniel Linden

Dan is Head of Bermuda operations for SOBC DARAG focusing on the analysis and execution of acquisition opportunities in the non-life insurance run-off market in Bermuda, North America and the Caribbean and has over 14 years' of industry experience.  Prior to joining SOBC DARAG, Dan was Head of M&A Operations (Bermuda/US) for R&Q where he focused on the underwriting and acquisition of legacy portfolios.  Prior to joining R&Q, Dan held the position of Senior Manager within the Transaction Advisory Services practice of EY where he was responsible for an extensive client base across industry sectors and geographies.  Dan attained his MBA through a joint global program from Columbia Business School and London Business School and holds the CPA and CFA designations.

Joel Neal

Joel joined SOBC DARAG as Executive Vice President for the Bermuda office with a focus on North American M&A.  Prior to joining, he spent 3 years at R&Q as an Analyst and later Vice President for the M&A team based in Bermuda.  Whilst at R&Q, Joel focused on acquisitions, novations, LPTs and other reinsurance structures for various insurance entities.  Joel moved to Bermuda in 2013 to work for PwC until June 2016 as a Senior Associate in their middle markets’ insurance/reinsurance space. Joel is a CA, CPA from Canada and holds an ARe designation.

Ryan Heyrana

Ryan is a Vice President at SOBC DARAG working on the M&A deal team for the Bermuda office servicing

Ryan is a Vice President at SOBC DARAG working on the M&A deal team for the Bermuda office servicing the US, Caribbean and Bermuda markets. He has over 8 years’ experience in the finance industry beginning in Washington, D.C. as a financial advisory services consultant and moving to Bermuda into consultancy and industry for re/insurance opportunities. Ryan is a qualified CPA and joined SOBC DARAG in April 2019. He focuses on identifying, evaluating and executing run off solutions for various counterparties.

Lucy Foster

Lucy is Financial Controller at SOBC DARAG for the Bermuda office. She has over 14 years’ experience working in finance.  Lucy is an ACA qualified accountant from the UK and moved to Bermuda in 2013 after a background of working in the audit profession and then moving to industry as a financial accountant.  Previous to joining the team in May 2019, she managed insurance companies and captives in the Bermuda M&A space and insurance services.
